K-12 Teaching in the 21st Century: MOOC for Teachers, Pre-Service Teachers, & High School Students interested in teaching

Hi Friends:

I wanted to make you aware of a MOOC we are offering this fall (Oct 7 - Nov 8) called: "K-12 Teaching in the 21st Century."  The MOOC is going to focus on the relationship between technology and teaching, particularly focusing on collaboration, reflection, and personalization.  The unique feature of this MOOC is that it is going to be directed at in-service teachers, pre-service teachers, AND high school students who are interested in the teaching profession.  This will be a great opportunity for teachers to receive PD while students can earn an online learning experience.    Plus teachers will have the chance to interact with faculty from various institutions.  You can find out all about the MOOC at: http://www.mivu.org/mooc
