Insomnia is common in this stressful world, but intake of sleeping pills would affect your health more than normal pills do, it may give short term sleep but unknowingly reduces your life period too

The Women and Older people are the most common one to take sleeping pills, have you ever know the chemical mixture in those pills ? what causes you sleep ? What are their Side effects ?

A Sleeping pill is an Drug that induces sleep in your body, it is mostly barbiturates, benzodiazepines and various hypnotics, they are more addictive. It is very difficult for some people who are using Sleeping pills for long time to Sleep without it, Use them as  Doctor said , Quit it when Doctors Recommend to do.
