Microsoft Excel Shortcut Keys list

Well when you are working in the Microsoft excel ,you need more time to finish your work.But when you know the keyboard shortcuts , we can save some time in the Computer.So it is very useful to learn those shortcuts, i am giving those to you.


Please note the shortcuts and their Operations carefully






CTRL+A 

• The Operation of this Shortcut key is it just Select all the Contents in the Worksheet , where it saves some time for you

CTRL+K

• The Operation of this Shortcut Key is it is used for Inserting the Link

F7

• The Operation of the Key is to Spell check the grammar of the Highlighted text or the Whole Document

F11

• The Operation of the key is to Create a Chart in the Document

ALT+SHIFT+F1

• The Operation of the key is to Insert a New Worksheet in the Excel

CTRL+F9

• The Operation of the key is to Minimize the Current Window

CTRL+F10

• The Operation of the Key is to Maximize the Current Window

CTRL+SPACE

• The operation of the Key is to Select the Entire Column

SHIFT+SPACE

• The Operation of the Key is to Select the Entire Row

CTRL+TAB

• The Operation of the Key is to Move between one or two or more Excel files.
