P21 is a national organization that advocates for 21st century readiness for every student. P21 is a broad coaltion made up of education nonprofits, foundations, and businesses working together to make 21st century education a reality for all students. As the United States continues to compete in a global economy that demands innovation, P21 and its members provide tools and resources to help the U.S. education system keep up by fusing the 3Rs and 4Cs (critical thinking and problem solving, communication, collaboration, and creativity and innovation). While leading districts and schools are already doing this, P21 advocates for local, state and federal policies that support this approach for every school.

Permission for use of the Framework for 21st Century Learning or other information produced by P21 must be made in writing with a clearly defined request and description of how the material will be used.

- Content remain unchanged
- Attribution be given to the Partnership for 21st Century Skills
- Attribution will include a link to P21's website
- Content will be used solely for educational purposes
- The party using or referring to P21's intellectual property will not represent themselves in a manner that can be interpreted as implying that they are officially certified or endorsed by P21
- The P21 Framework or its representational images may not be used to endorse specific products or services
- The Partnership for 21st Century Skills reserves the right to restrict usage of any intellectual property that P21 finds that it is being used in an inappropriate manner
- P21 member names, logos and other content may not be used without permission for any purposes other than to demonstrate the organizations and corporations that are members of P21. P21 members may not be listed selectively. Any other requests for use of P21 members' trademarks and logos must be approved by the member organization prior to use
