Lunar and Planetary Institute Workshop: Mars Revealed

The Lunar and Planetary Institute (LPI) and the ChemCam instrument team invite high school teachers, both in-service and pre-service, to attend the "Mars Revealed: Evolving Technology, Advancing Science" workshop. This five-day workshop will take place at LPI in Houston, Texas, on July 22-26, 2013.
Attendees will discover the relationship between evolving technology and our scientific understanding of Mars. Attendees will also discuss the nature and process of science with invited Mars scientists. Classroom resources will be provided.
Workshop registration is free. This workshop is limited to 20 participants. Interested educators are encouraged to apply early to secure a spot. Qualified applicants will be accepted in the order they apply. The application period closes June 28, 2013.
